I´d like you to get to know a little about me and why I love selling real estate around St. George!!!

Terry Fonnesbeck - St. George Realtor®

I moved to St. George in the fall 1986 to find sun and warmth after living in Seattle for one year. I soon started working for family in one of St. Georges oldest real estate company as their receptionist. I worked there part time while starting my own family. I found out that I loved real estate and would love to sell homes in St. George myself someday. When my children were in school, I then decided that I would get my license to sell real estate. I was able to work while the kids were in school and my husband who is a school teacher himself has always been great to help with the kids and home if I was busy with clients. We love it here in St. George, we had a home built in 1987 and we are still living in the same home by the Virgin River. My kids have never wanted to move.

My first year of selling real estate in St. George was 1994. I had great success my first year and was subsequently named "Rookie of the Year"! Back then selling over a million dollars worth of property was not as easy with the prices of property then.  Each year continued to get better!
  
I have since continued to get more involved with our Board of Realtor. I have served on several committees. In 2001-2002 I was nominated as Chair person of the Communities Relations Committee. One of my committees assignments was to raise money for charity. My committee rose over $7,000 from a Realtor golf tournament which was then given to two local charities.

I was also on a Habitat for Humanity committee and helped on a "womens build" home. I had a great time on the roof pounding nails one day and it was very rewarding to meet the family and turn the home over to them. In 2003-2004, I also served on the Washington County Board of Realtors as Board Treasurer.

I have always believed being involved and giving back to community along with continuing my real estate education. I have earned my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Council of Residential Specialist).

My family, my health, my beliefs are very important to me along with my integrity and resolve to do my best in representing my clients in their real estate endeavors. My commitment is to always do my best in representing and negotiating for my clients.
